How can parking permits be returned for a refund?
Permits can be returned by mail or via the Parking Office drop box. If returning the permit by mail, please send to P.O. Box 34065, Fullerton, CA 92834. Please include the Parking Permit Refund Form with the return.
When can students expect to receive their parking permit refund?
Due to the impacts of Covid-19, the parking permit refund process has taken longer than anticipated. All permit refund requests have been processed.
- Requests received before March 27 should expect to receive refunds by May 22.
- Requests received March 28 through April 22 should expect to receive refunds by May 29.
How will the refund for student parking permits be issued?
Once the request is processed, the refund will be placed on the credit card used to purchase the permit. If the account used to purchase the permit is no longer active, please reach out to the issuing bank to determine how the refund will be deposited.
How can U-Passes be returned for a refund?
U-Passes can be returned by mail or via the Parking Office drop box. If returning the U-Pass by mail, please send to P.O. Box 34065, Fullerton, CA 92834. Please include the Parking Permit Refund Form with the return.
When can students expect to receive their U-Pass refund?
All U-Pass refund requests are currently being processed.
- U-Pass refund requests received before May 8 will have checks issued before the end of May.
- U-Pass refund requests recevied on or after May 9 will have checks issued within 3-4 weeks of request date.
How will the refund for student U-Passes be issued?
All U-Passes will be refunded in the form of a check to the address provided on the permit refund form.
When will fall parking permit information be availabe?
Fall semester information will be updated on the Parking website over the summer. Fall 2020 parking permits are expected to be available to purchase online beginning July 1. Stay updated through the Parking & Transportation Services website and social media @CSUFPTS on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
How can students receive individual commute planning assistance?
Students may contact the Parking & Transportation Services office for individual commute planning, by emailing the Commuter Services Team at email@example.com or calling (657)278-4699.
Will the new Eastside North Parking Structure open Fall 2020?
The Eastside North Parking Structure will be open for Fall 2020. For more information on the structure, please visit https://parking.fullerton.edu/moreparking.
