Coranavirus Student FAQs
When can students expect to receive their parking permit refund?
Students who returned their permits on or before April 22nd should have received their refund. If you returned your parking permit, and have not yet received your refund, please contact the Parking Office at (657)278-3082 or parking@fullerton.edu.
How will the refund for student parking permits be issued?
Once the request is processed, the refund will be placed on the credit card used to purchase the permit. If the account used to purchase the permit is no longer active, please reach out to the issuing bank to determine how the refund will be deposited.
When can students expect to receive their U-Pass refund?
All U-Pass refund requests are currently being processed.
- U-Pass refund requests received before May 8 will have checks issued before the end of May.
- U-Pass refund requests recevied on or after May 9 will have checks issued within 3-4 weeks of request date.
How will the refund for student U-Passes be issued?
All U-Passes will be refunded in the form of a check to the address provided on the permit refund form.
When will fall parking permit information be availabe?
Fall semester information will be updated on the Parking website over the summer. Fall 2020 parking permits are expected to be available to purchase online beginning July 1. Stay updated through the Parking & Transportation Services website and social media @CSUFPTS on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
How can students receive individual commute planning assistance?
Students may contact the Parking & Transportation Services office for individual commute planning, by emailing the Commuter Services Team at cservices@fullerton.edu.
Will the new Eastside North Parking Structure open Fall 2020?
The Eastside North Parking Structure will be open for Fall 2020. For more information on the structure, please visit https://parking.fullerton.edu/moreparking.
Is the Parking Office open?
The Parking Office lobby is closed to in-person transactions. Students may contact the Parking Office by emailing parking@fullerton.edu or calling (657)278-3082.
