Questions and Clarification


Click YES if:

  • Employee schedules vary, but generally are scheduled to work at least one day a week between 6 AM to 10 AM (Faculty: applies to class time or office hours).

Click NO if:

  • Employee is Faculty on sabbatical
  • Employee is no longer working with your department
  • Employee has separated from the university

What if there are new employees not listed?

CSUF is responsible for employees listed on payroll records received on September 2, 2024; this is a snap shot in time. If employees are new and do not appear on this listing, we do not have to account for them at this time.

What if employees are not new and are not listed?

Employees may not appear on your list because it is common for employees to be in two different agency/unit numbers. They may appear on someone else’s list. We don’t want to double count one employee.

There is an Agency/Unit number on my list that belongs in another Division?

This will happen when employees report for work to your department but are paid out of a different Divisions budget. Since they report to your department, you are the person who will account for them. If this is not the case, please contact Commuter Services at andreaaguilera@fullerton.edu or extension 8019.

What if I do not recognize the employees listed?

If you do not recognize more than one employee listed on your list, please e-mail Commuter Services.
