Participants have a chance at winning daily! Participants who fill out the survey any day between October 15th – October 23rd will get a chance to win the prizes below. Weekend entries will be collated with the following Monday entries. Click here for winner names.

Restrictions

* - Per IRS regulations, all financial incentives (including Titan Tender) are considered taxable reportable income and will be reported to the State Controller's Office. Tax deductions will be reflected on monthly payroll checks following the date incentives are disbursed. Participants who wish to decline financial awards can do so by selecting the “Decline Rewards” option at the end of the survey.

Prizes are non-transferable.

All prizes will be processed and distributed in December 2026. All reportable taxable income will be recorded in December 2026 payroll, and recorded as taxable income in 2026.

Winners will be contacted via email during the month of October 2026 to complete distribution.
