CSUF is transitioning to paperless parking. Departments now have the option to provide University Guests with virtual permits through License Plate Recognition (LPR).
Online Permit Requests will be fully virtual, beginning January 1, 2024.

Online Permit Request (OPR)
We are transitioning to paperless OPR permits. OPR permits will be fully virtual beginning January 1, 2024.
Print on demand OPR permits are now paperless and are validated through License Plate Recognition. Faculty and Staff can now request virtual daily permits for guests and visitors through the Online Permit Request (OPR) System!

Purchase Daily Parking
A parking permit is required to park on CSUF campus. Campus guests may purchase daily or hourly parking through ParkMobile. CSUF ParkMobile zones are listed in the ParkMobile app. Zone numbers are determined by parking location and signage is posted throughout campus.
