Parking & Transportation Services is available to help make your event a success. After reviewing your submission, P&TS will determine event needs and may reach out to you for additional coordination. Thank you for partnering with us to provide a positive campus experience.
Event Services Information
Parking Event Services
Parking & Transportation Services provides a variety of event parking services for the campus community including: vehicle directional signage, parking attendants, and reserved parking spaces. Please complete the Event Services Form
for all event requests.
We ask that the Event Services Request Form is submitted as soon as possible, but no less than 14 business days prior to the event. For check and credit card payments, please remit payment at least 3 business days prior.
Parking permits are required for all event attendees. Permits may be requested through the Online Permit Request System at least 3 business days prior to the event. If ParkMobile is determined to serve the event needs best, the Parking Office will reach out with available options.
Please Note:
- Event Services are unavailable during the first two (2) weeks of class instruction & commencement week
- Space/Lot reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability
- Confirmation of your parking event services will be emailed to you once finalized

Event Signage
P&TS deploys generic event parking signs. Any unauthorized signs placed in roadways or parking lots may be removed by P&TS. Collected signage may be retrieved at the P&TS office, T-1400.
Sign Types
- Vehicle Directional Signage - Placed for event wayfinding
- Reserved Spaces & Lots - Placed for individual space or lot reservation
- Advanced Notice Signage - Placed for lot and roadway closures. Notifies campus community of upcoming event
Custom Signage
- Custom signs may be ordered and purchased through Digital Print Services
- Custom signs should be delivered to P&TS, T-1400 at least 10 days prior to the event
- P&TS staff will place all custom signage ahead of the event
