Student Commuter Registration Form Terms

Please read all requirements and regulations before submitting an application. A student Fall 2009 semester permit is required. The student applying for the carpool permit, must be the student who purchased the Fall 2009 semester permit. Applications are subject to denial if this requirement is not met. By checking the box below, I agree that I have already purchased a permit.

I have read all requirements, regulations and am aware that the student carpool zone has moved to Lot S. I understand that if I am not the permit owner, my application will be denied.
